THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager (Gyprock/Plasterboard) to provide leadership and support to our team in Queensland.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will be responsible to execute the manufacturing strategy for the Business Unit consistent with the business's market strategy and growth objectives. To supply consistent quality products, at agreed service levels and at a competitive cost. To drive continuous improvement, in all areas of operations, safety, and sustainability across the operations and to effectively manage capital work.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Safety First**: Champion a culture of safety, making sure every team member feels empowered to speak up and take action with the CSR philosophy "never walk past".

**Lead the team**: Working closely with our Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams across Queensland.

**Lean into Success**: Embrace Lean Manufacturing Principles to streamline processes, creating value for our stakeholders and driving efficiency.

To be successful for the role, you will have worked in a similar position with experience in an operational management level. You will have excellent Leadership and People Management skills.
