**About The Role**
Right now, we are looking for a Property Coordinator to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Work with internal and external stakeholders on property planning
- Identify and support the arrangement of permanent and temporary accommodation solutions by working with Operations and Onsite Managers, and when required, external stakeholders
- Coordinate meet and greets for new starters
- Perform data entry and collate mandatory documents

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.

You will also have:
Knowledge of real estate/property legislation

Property management experience is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

A drive to deliver, passion, and persistence
