**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Perform operational stock purchasing activities for the efficient supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials to enable the delivery of business outcomes as a result of mínimal downtime due to maintenance related issues.
- Ensure an efficient and professional information flow from Maintenance Purchasing across the site and externally
- Participate in meetings and forums internally and externally in relation to Maintenance Purchasing functions
- Liaise with site contractors conducting business on site as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials
- Liaise closely with Maintenance Stores Officer, Facilities and Engineering teams to deliver best business outcome.
- Ensure that purchasing costs are minimised and daily updates are done and sent to manager
- Ensure Registers Maintained
- Carry out daily Maintenance Purchasing activities, ensuring all registers are maintained and daily budget updates are done and sent to manager.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of Work Instructions and SOPs across functional responsibilities of the stores and procurement

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years related work experience
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Ability to plan, organise and control activities
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless supply of maintenance spare parts, equipment and material
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
