We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Procurement Coordinator to work in our team at our world-class facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Procure maintenance-related goods and services efficiently
  • Manage stock/parts ordering in alignment with critical rating system
  • Collaborate with the maintenance crew to identify part needs
  • Issue purchase orders and manage accounts related to servicing and CAPEX
  • Negotiate with suppliers to source parts in a time and cost efficient manner
  • Track ETA's/ETD's and collaborate with the warehouse team on receivals
  • Ensure high-level purchasing support to maintain optimal stock levels
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and critical parts requests effectively
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and technical communication skills, capable of negotiating with suppliers
  • Strong teamwork and commitment to supporting operations from the warehouse to production
