OverviewRoyal Freemasons is currently seeking an experienced and motivated clinical Quality Manager to join our team.As the Quality Manager at Royal Freemasons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and service excellence to residents across our seven Aged Care homes.This role is accountable for the ongoing development and evaluation of all components of the quality and risk management reviews and will facilitate the process of continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences.Key responsibilitiesMonitoring, reviewing, and evaluating quality systems to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement that meet all regulatory requirementsLead set meetings on quality and compliance matters across multidisciplinary teams relating to your audit and reviews each month, supporting the Facility Manager and teams to identify and analyse data on key performance indicators and areas of riskWhere gaps are identified, create innovative solutions in collaboration with the site management and extended quality team which facilitate mitigation strategiesProvide advice and support to Residential Aged Care staff around Aged Care Quality Standards requirements, work alongside the teams assisting in the resident assessment processMore take-home pay with competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annumBetter work-life balance with consistent fortnightly rosters patterns for permanent positions - no rotating rosters
