**The role**:As a People and Culture Administrator, you will be an integral part of our People and Culture team, working closely with employees across all levels and departments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for various People and Culture processes and initiatives, while also assisting in fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with all of the functions within People and Culture.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries related to general People and Culture support
- Support the People and Culture Business Partners in the delivery of projects, initiatives and any administrative tasks
- Provide a full range of administrative support to the Volunteer Manager in the delivery of the Volunteer Programme
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and integration of People and Culture initiatives

**About you**:

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential)
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred but not essential
