About the role
The People & Culture Administrator will be a support role to the other members of the People & Culture Team, those being the Chief People Officer, P&C Advisor, Talent Acquisition Advisor and Training Specialist.
The People & Culture Administrator will deliver on a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to, contract administration, coordination of onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees, supporting the team with SWSLHD systems data integrity, P&C Systems data administration and responding to employee queries through the P&C shared mailbox.
This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to move into the field of People & Culture, having gained administrative experience in other fields. The contract offered for this role is Part Time (0.6FTE / 22.8 hours per week) for 12-months. We are flexible in how the hours are distributed throughout the week, provided that Mondays and Fridays are included.
About You
Essential criteria
- Relevant Diploma / Degree Qualification in HR or proven experience in a similar HR administration role.
- A minimum of one year experience in similar People & Culture / HR or other administration support area.
- Knowledge of relevant HR Legislation.
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Personal alignment with Ingham Institute values.
- Ability to engage with a variety of audiences, tailoring communication to suit the relevant audience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and virtual).
- A high level of professionalism and integrity.
- A positive, "can do" attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, which are solutions focused.
- Proven team player who takes own initiative in supporting and achieving team goals/objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
Desirable criteria
- Prior experience administering HR Databases.
