**Your next role**
- Execute People & Culture administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and impactful employee experience
- Responsible for fast and accurate turn-around of employment changes
- Provide first level support to employees and managers on InvoCare's People & Culture policies, systems and processes, employment conditions, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and the National Employment Standards
- Document, optimise and improve People Connect systems, processes and templates
- Ensure high standards of people data quality that the organisation can rely on.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to problem solve to resolve immediate issues and their root causes
- Best practice time and priority management
