**Position details**
- Clerk Grade 7/8
- Temporary, part time (Up to 8 months with potential for extension)
- 21 hours per week (job share)

**About the role**

The Project Officer performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.

The role has a particular focus on developing materials and communications for schools to assist with preparing for and administering NAPLAN.

This is a part time role working for 3 days a week - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The Project Officer's responsibilities include:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to review and edit communications with established deadlines
- Providing a range of project management and support services, including coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans
- Tracking and reporting on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
- Reporting to and supporting the Senior Project Officer
