NAPLAN Data Delivery Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled leader to manage our Assessment Delivery team and drive the success of our NAPLAN data workflows.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and monitor project plans, risk management plans, and ensure timely delivery of NAPLAN data projects.
  • Talent Development: Mentor direct report data engineer and data analyst, promoting knowledge sharing, and upholding coding standards across the team.
  • Data Delivery: Deliver NAPLAN datasets and draft NAPLAN results reports.
  • HSC Support: Assist with HSC data processing during the HSC period.
Requirements:
  • Maturity in Test Strategy: High-level experience implementing and overseeing a matured test strategy for the assessment division.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Proven experience tackling complex problems in team environments.
  • ETL Expertise: Experience designing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ETL workflows in AWS cloud environments.
