See you underground.About the Opportunity:Join us as Head Waiter, ideal for an ambitious section waiter or a seasoned professional ready to excel with the best.Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.Manage your own section, guiding guests through the Yugen experience.About the Ideal Candidate:Yugen team members are genuinely hospitable, versatile in restaurant skills, industry-aware, and driven by goals.
