About the Opportunity:

- Join us as Head Waiter, ideal for an ambitious section waiter or a seasoned professional ready to excel with the best.
- Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.
- Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.
- Manage your own section, guiding guests through the Yugen experience.

Yugen team members are genuinely hospitable, versatile in restaurant skills, industry-aware, and driven by goals.

You'll need:

- Valid Victorian RSA.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
