**The Role**:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House superstar to join our Lui Bar team in the position of Head Waiter. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional Lui Bar experience.

This is your chance to work alongside industry professionals in an exquisite setting with Melbourne's city skyline as a backdrop. The Lui Bar, located on Level 55 of Melbourne's iconic Rialto, provides an experience incomparable to any other. Lui Bar caters to both restaurant guests and discerning drinkers stopping by for a martini and elegant, sophisticated snacks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills, coupled with excellent food and wine knowledge.

We're looking for an all-rounder who is willing to support and lead our team in all areas of service.
- Proven experience in a high-end bar offering
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar
- A passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
- Previous cocktail experience
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Experience assisting with the supervision and development of the team
- WSET Level 1 training
- A valid Victorian RSA certificate

This position will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.

**Remuneration**:
Full Time Hourly Employment Agreement

$24.76 Monday - Friday

$30.95 Saturday

$39.47 Sunday

Overtime, penalty rates, allowances and loadings will be paid in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
