About the Opportunity:
We are looking for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals who are excited to be part of our growing and one-of-a-kind vision.
- The Head Waiter position is an exciting role that is perfect for a section waiter ready to step up, or a seasoned professional looking to work with the best
- Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.
- Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.
- Manage your own section, guiding guests through the Omnia experience.

Members of the Omnia team are genuinely hospitable, have a broad restaurant skill set and industry awareness, and are self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent presentation and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
