The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is looking for a **Head Waiter **to join the **Signature Restaurant** team on a **Full-Time/Part-Time** basis.

The Ritz-Carlton Head Bartender is a visible, energetic, and ethical leader who develops, maintains and promotes a leadership philosophy that culminates in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Supporting in delivering an elevated daily Food & Beverage operation and business performance, this role works closely with the senior leadership team to deliver departmental goals and uphold guest satisfaction.

Our **Head Waiter** has:

- A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
- Previous experience as head waiter in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred, RSA required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent service skills
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Be a dedicated team player.
- Be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and all hotel areas
- Have an in-depth knowledge of menu and restaurant offering
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
