Premier Fresh Australia is one of Australia's largest fresh produce supply chain companies. Premier provides both its domestic and overseas customers with a single source of supply across a diverse range of fruit and vegetable categories.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Quality Coordinator to join our team in Canning Vale WA.

**We are looking for an individual with the following capabilities**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality control and assurance.
- Fresh produce experience is highly regarded.
- Competency with learning new systems and software.
- A high level of attention to detail and written communication skills.
- A willingness to be flexible in order to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Capacity to commence work at 6am and available to work Saturday

**Reporting to the Quality Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Quality inspections of inbound and outbound product.
- Keeping retentions and recording results.
- Continuous training of staff regarding quality control and specifications.
- Assist with quality reporting and administration.
- Communicate with staff and management about quality of product.
- Assisting to ensure the business is audit ready every day and participating in internal and external audits.

As the successful applicant, you will be a key stakeholder in driving the success of our WA Quality department within a dynamic environment.

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale, WA 6155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
