We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Compliance Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with ASQA and VET standards in relation to training, ensuring the accuracy and quality control of training materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the processing of enrolments
  • Maintaining document control procedures
  • Developing and preparing training materials

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an RTO and possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training-related software is also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing of enrolments, maintaining document control procedures, developing and preparing training materials, and ensuring the accuracy and quality control of training materials. Your expertise in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment and maintaining a Student Management System will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality training programs.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
