Exciting opportunity for a motivated and career minded Legal Assistant to consolidate their career in a progressive and growing Social Justice Law Firm.
Assisting two Lawyers in Personal Injury Law you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
• diary and email management
• liaise with clients, barristers, courts and other third parties
• draft court documents, correspondence and assist with briefs
• assist with billing and invoicing
• arrange meetings
• file management, open and close files
• screen telephone calls and general administrative tasks To be successful in this role you will have at least three years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury Law.
You will also demonstrate; excellent inter-personal and client service skills ability to work both independently and in a team proficient MS Office/IT skills exceptional organisational and time management skills initiative and a pro-active approach On offer is an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, hybrid working arrangements, (1-2 days WFH) and the opportunity to become an integral member of a passionate, dedicated and vibrant firm.
