Mentor Coordinator

We're looking for a Mentor Coordinator who's ready to step into a role with real impact.
You'll lead a strong, established team of educators and support nearby services to do what they do best — deliver great programs for kids.This role is ideal for someone who's worked as a Coordinator and is ready to stretch further.
You'll still be hands-on in a service, but you'll also take on broader responsibilities that shape how we train, support and grow our people.We're a Child Safe Organisation, and we're committed to creating environments where children feel safe, valued and heard.The roleOversee Before and After School Care at one of our flagship programs.
You'll create a space where children feel safe, families feel welcome, and educators feel supported.Support local servicesYou'll mentor Coordinators and teams across a small group of nearby services — helping build consistency, capability and confidence.Train and guide othersLead practical, hands-on training in everything from programming and admin to behaviour support and team leadership.
