Job Title: Senior Environmental Scientist/Engineer (Technical Lead)

As a seasoned Technical Lead, you will oversee projects related to contaminated land assessment and environmental remediation. Your expertise in planning, executing fieldwork, coordinating resources, managing contractors, and communicating with clients will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management of contaminated land projects, including the coordination of internal resources, contractor management, and client communication.
  • Supporting the scope, design, and costing of contaminated land and groundwater investigations.
  • Mentoring and training junior professionals throughout the delivery of projects.
  • Preparing technical reports that present information clearly and logically, supported by relevant data interpretation.
  • Conducting fieldwork, sampling environmental media, conducting hydrogeological investigations, or supervising subcontractors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in contaminated land assessment and/or environmental assessment and remediation.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and verbal communication skills.
  • A client service focus, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in team environments.
  • Valid/current driver's license.
