**About the Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Manager - Performance & Reporting to join BOQ's highly regarded Group Finance team

With the flexibility to be based out of our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office, this role will report into the Head of Performance Management and will play a key role in managing and communicating the financial result of the Group.

In the role you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating the annual Performance management timetable, the monthly finance result presentation pack and CFO Board reports, as well as presenting the month end profit and loss result to the CFO.

You will plan and co-ordinate the half-year and year end Management Discussion and Analysis section of the Interim and Annual report, as well as the competitor analysis presentation packs.

From a stakeholder management perspective, you will collaborate with our Finance Business Partners to problem solve and reconcile where necessary, as well as work with your peers to uplift centre of excellence teams (such as performance reporting) to assist in the strategy and implementation of Finance initiatives.

You will also assist in the facilitation of timely and accurate submissions of annual budget and quarterly forecasts to the Finance division and provide interpretation and insight into the financial performance of the business.

**About you**

Holding professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA) and strong industry knowledge, you will understand integration and consolidating business activities to optimise cost and margin and have product and distribution experience.

With a collaborative, authentic and dynamic approach, you will be a strategic and proactive advisor and an integral part of our Performance Management and Group Finance team.
