**The Company**

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services firm to recruit a switched-on, and proactive Office Manager to work in a strong team with a fantastic Corporate Receptionist on a full time basis (hours being 8.30 am to 5.30 pm).

**The Role**

The company are seeking to fill a vacancy for an Office Manager who will report into a Senior EA and assist with administration and office management tasks. You will work alongside a bright and proactive Receptionist who will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients.

**The Duties**
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
- Work with building managers to maintain the office
- Maintain meeting rooms and beverage stations
- Work closely with the Receptionist to coordinate and execute company events
- Manage catering for the office and events
- Organise client gifts
- Order equipment and stationary for the office
- Manage couriers
- Collect and distribute mail
- Manage security cards
- Coordinate MS Teams and Zoom meetings for employees
- Assist with travel management

We are looking for a switched-on, pro-active and practical Office Manager who is looking to join a business with development opportunities. As this is a varied role we are looking for someone who can prioritise and has the ability to multitask, whilst still providing warm and friendly customer service to all clients and internal staff.
- 5 + years of experience in a corporate office management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
