An opening position is available for a casual/ part-time receptionist/ practitioner assistant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Answer calls, greet & respond to client/ patient enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Process payments
- Filing
- In charge of front-desk admin tasks
- Send reminders/ confirmations
- Assist the practitioner with additional tasks during busy hours when required.

Experience desirable but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
