**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skin Clinic Consultant/Receptionist to join our team in Sydney. This position is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise and passion in aesthetics to help our clients achieve their desired look and feel confident in their skin.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting customers with their inquiries, over the phone and in person
- Assessing clients' skin conditions and aesthetic goals, and developing tailored treatment plans
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining detailed client records and profiles
- Appointment scheduling of clients
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and quality standards

**What we're looking for**
- A minimum of 2 year experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic industry
- Extensive knowledge of beauty/cosmetic treatments, skin conditions, and current industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and put clients at ease
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients feel confident in their appearance
- Knowledge of energy based devices (e.g. Ultherapy, Thermage FLX, Morpheus8, Picosure Pro, Sofwave, etc)
- Fluent in Korean or Chinese is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
