**Medical Receptionist Casual**

We are looking for a Part-Time/Casual medical receptionist to join a boutique professional team of medical specialist practice (immunology & allergy services) located in Belrose overlooking a beautiful national park view. We have a lovely team of doctors and reception staff.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning and filing records and results
- Invoicing and receipting
- Banking Report
- Other general administrative duties and clinic maintenance as required

- Flexibility to cover days when other receptionists are not able to work on their days from time to time

Training will be provided. The position requires exceptional computer skills, customer service skills and attention to detail to provide high level of service in a timely manner. Tasks will need to be carried out accurately and to a high quality standard. Medical/Healthcare background is preferred however is not necessary. Medical reception background is not necessary.

Immediate start.

Hourly rate will commensurate with experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belrose, NSW 2085: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
