We're looking for passionate, people-focused Youth Development Coaches to join our team and support young Territorians with disability (up to 25 years old) into meaningful and sustainable employment.
In this role you will:
Coach and support young people to achieve their career goals.
Connect them to local jobs, training, and community opportunities.
Partner with employers to build inclusive workplaces.
Contribute to meaningful employment outcomes for young people.
Support delivery in Alice Springs.
At YouthWorX NT, you'll be part of a supportive, fun, and values-driven team that believes in young people living their best lives.
