**Youth Basketball Coach Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Basketball Coach to join our team at Future Academy.

As a key member of our coaching staff, you will deliver high-quality training sessions to youth athletes, focusing on technical skill development, basketball IQ, and overall confidence. Your training formats may include small group sessions, holiday clinics, and specialized development programs throughout the year.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Designing engaging and effective skills sessions tailored to different age groups and ability levels
- Providing individualized feedback and coaching to support athlete growth and performance
- Maintaining open and effective communication with fellow coaches to ensure consistency and alignment
- Communicating professionally with parents about player development, session updates, and expectations
- Fostering a safe and supportive training environment aligned with our academy's values
- Representing the academy with professionalism both on and off the court

**Requirements for Success:**

- Professional basketball playing experience (domestic or international)
- Prior coaching experience is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to connect with and inspire youth athletes
- A commitment to continuous learning and development
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain one
