Job Title: Youth Career Development Specialist

The Regional Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing person-centred case management and mentorship to 50 Transition to Work participants, aged 15-24. The role involves direct employer marketing, individual support, and facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate further job placements.

This full-time position is based across Sydney East Metro Sites, including Maroubra, Redfern, and Marrickville, with a company vehicle available for regional travel.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people, employers, and staff; demonstrate strong knowledge of industry and the labour market; and possess effective assessment, case management, and motivational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold a current driver's licence, Working with Children's Check (or ability to obtain), experience within Youth or Employment Services, and a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth (or willingness to obtain).
