**About the role**:
As an Associate
- you will assist with Operational functions across Foreign Exchange products of Currency Overlay and FMS Processing. Produce customer reports according to the terms of customer IMA mandates; manage customer agreements and information; manage static data systems and system mappings.
Management of transactional, processing, and functional support activities: To ensure work is handled efficiently and accurately, in accordance with policies and procedures, in order to provide a cost effective and efficient service for customers and business partners.
The successful applicant may be required to work during Public Holidays according to business needs.
**Key responsibility**:
- Reconciliation of internal and external reporting
- Provide support to the FX Transaction control colleagues, Senior Analyst and Manager when required
- Develop strong working relationships and act as a point of contact
- Attend stakeholder meetings
- Coach, monitor and motivate colleagues to ensure hey have the skills and knowledge while promoting effective teamwork

- Ability to work within a high pressure and fast paced team
- Experience working through problems to provide a positive outcome
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify and focus on opportunities for process and systematic improvement
