Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Associate to coordinate the sales experience from start to finish for incoming residents in our retirement village setting.
About the Opportunity
- Assist in delivering a comprehensive service offering that meets the needs of our residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, potential customers, and their representatives
- Manage unit sales and marketing activities in accordance with set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Project manage unit refurbishments aligned with settlement time frames
- Compile and review Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents, and Facts Sheets
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements to achieve Accreditation across the portfolio
- Support Seniors Living development projects
- Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Management, Sales, Property)
- Experience in the Retirement/Seniors Living and Property Sales sectors
- Familiarity with the operational requirements of Retirement Villages, including statutory obligations, agreements, disclosures, asset management, sales, and marketing, as well as relationship and service management best practices
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand and interpret budgets and financial reports
- Proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes in both a Retirement Village context and within the broader community
