**What's the role?**

As a leader of leaders you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of experienced Lending Area Managers and overseeing the strategic direction, operational execution, and commercial performance of the Regional Home Lending division.

With a strong focus on driving a great culture for your people and at the same time performance revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes, this role plays a vital part in shaping the success of our home lending strategy across the region.

**What do I need?**

Given the nature of the role, we are looking for extensive experience in sales leadership within the financial services or home lending sector. Strong commercial insight with a strategic mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- **Lead State Strategy & Sales**: Drive home lending growth by executing state-level strategies aligned with national goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and process improvements to ensure efficiency.
- **Customer & Compliance Focus**: Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- **Performance Optimization**:Monitor key performance indicators, analyse trends, and implement initiatives to exceed sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
