Job Role:
As State Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing the team to achieve strategic goals and plans for the region. You will oversee the entire operational setup, including sales growth, targets, profit margins, budgets, and expenditure management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Grow the regional business in a professional and sustainable manner.
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the national agenda.
- Lead a team of Sales Engineers to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Maintain customer relationships on an ongoing basis.
- Manage key accounts in the region as required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in state or regional management is ideal.
- Proven leadership skills and/or experience are essential.
- A successful track record of achieving and exceeding team targets is necessary.
- Experience within instrumentation, process control, or automation is highly regarded.
- Good understanding of commercial decisions, profitability, and gross profit.
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal, communication, and relationship development skills are required.
