Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional or Area Manager to lead our Victorian and Tasmanian region.

  • Drive the performance and profitability of 15 showrooms.
  • Lead trade sales growth, positively impacting the lives and businesses of our Trade customers across the store network.
  • Achieve sales, stock, expense, and profit contribution goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leading a team to drive KPIs and ensure consistent standards in stores.
  2. Developing and growing the business, understanding the local market, and driving trade sales.
  3. Sustaining customer service levels and supporting specialist areas, including lighting design studios.

  • A strong analytical mind and proven business acumen.
  • Extensive experience in multi-site retail operations.
