Job Title: Casual Before and After School Care WorkerLocation: Townsville and Surrounding SuburbsJob Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Before and After School Care Team in Townsville.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children before and after school hours.
Your duties will include supervising activities, assisting coordinator, facilitating games and crafts, and ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
You be able to work with different schools and OSHC providers.Key Responsibilities:Supervise children before and after school hoursFacilitate age-appropriate activities and gamesAssist children with homework and academic tasksEnsure the safety and well-being of all children in the program.Communicate effectively with parents and guardians Maintain a clean and organized environmentRequirements:Previous experience working with children preferredStudying towards or Qualified in Early Childhood or Education highly favourableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentValid Employee Working with Children Check (Blue Card) requiredPay Rate: Starting from $35 per hour, with potential for increases based on experience and qualifications.Randstad Education is committed to the safety of children and we have a zero tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse or neglect.If you are passionate about working with children and creating a positive and nurturing environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
