You will work in a cohesive team environment with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.Your roleUnder the supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, PCAs deliver high-quality, direct resident care that supports their dignity and addresses their social, physical, cultural, and emotional needs.Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant aged care qualification (essential);Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to contribute positively to the team and provide exceptional service to residents;Ability to manage daily duties efficiently while delivering excellent customer service;Knowledge and ability to care for the social, spiritual, and cultural needs of residents.Employees of TGSH must qualify to work in Australia.
