About the Role
- Facilitate the sharing of insights and feedback from individual research development support sessions to inform and refine group education content, aligning with the needs and goals of researchers across MSH.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of research education, orientation, induction, foundation and excellence programs.
- Promote and advise researchers on professional development opportunities, seek out and review training, education, and development needs, conduct gap analyses, develop training plans, source resources, and compile training materials.
- Monitor MSH researcher completion and compliance (where able) with MSH mandatory research education and training requirements.
