**About us**:
School and Region Reviews supports continuous improvement in Queensland early childhood services, state schools and education centres. It provides leadership and oversight for the program of school and regional reviews.

**About the role**:

- Provide support to inform and influence policy development, system performance and major initiatives relating to the SRR's activities and responsibilities.
- Collect and analyse primary and secondary data (both qualitative and quantitative) related to the work of the unit.
- Interpret research findings and provide support in preparing research outputs that are consistent with academic and departmental standards for both internal use and also for publication.
- Seek input from stakeholders (both internal and external) and incorporate into projects and analysis.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of collaborative working relationships and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
- Constantly review relevant academic literature to inform and support the work of the unit.
- Provide support in presenting research findings in a manner tailored to the audience.
