We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our team on a permanent Part time basis for 25 hours per week as an **Administrative Assistant**. Opportunity to work school hours, based in Prestons,NSW.

Working within an Australian Owned FMCG organisation, you will be part of the Business Development Team providing administrative, procurement and clerical services to its operation.

**As the Administrator you will be responsible for**:

- Inputting purchase orders and setting up stock codes
- Sending confirmations to suppliers
- Creating stock price groups, price lists and aged stock lists
- Sending completed purchase orders to the sales team
- Answering calls/taking messages
- Running stock/sales/purchasing reports
- Develop Simple Excel formula/sheets
- Some EA work for Managing Director

**You will need**:

- Office Administration, Data Entry and Customer Service experience
- Data entry skills with a solid understanding of numbers.
- Experience using an ERP system. MYOB Exo Business an advantage.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a high volume, FMCG industry environment
- Accuracy - There is a constant need for all data to be robust, thorough, on time and most importantly accurate.
