Team Administrator – Human Pharmaceutical Services North Ryde
Join a high-performing, collaborative, and purpose-driven team on an initial 18-month contract with a view to permanent employment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to our client's Human Pharma Sales Field Force and broader cross-functional teams.

The role offers a flexible workplace with an established team, including work-from-home two days a week and three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the pharmaceutical sales team.
Assist with internal and external events, including travel arrangements and invoicing.
Maintain and update team lists (new starters, leavers, postcode changes).
Manage third-party sponsorship contracts and payments.
Raise purchase orders and process invoices.
Create and manage contracts and reports using internal systems.
Respond to customer and sales team inquiries and assist with product sampling requests.
Act as a key contact for the sales team.
Share updates and support team engagement.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all teams: Marketing, Medical, Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance, Facilities, Public Affairs, Learning & Capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative or coordination background.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with systems such as Veeva, CorA, MDGX, and DocuSign (preferred but not essential).
A proactive, team-first attitude.
Experience with event management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Customer-centric attitude, sense of urgency, and a can-do attitude.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device market in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential.
