The primary purpose of this role is to support for the overall function of Brooklyn Underwriting. With an emphasis on Marketing, the role requires coordination with the team and external stakeholders to ensure the business is running effectively.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Marketing, Events, Sponsorship
- Wesbite management
- Display a broad understanding of general/traditional Marketing concepts as well as Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Manage marketing collateral and merchandise; come up with new ideas, artwork concepts for campaigns and collarteral
- End to end internal Event Management, from concept and date planning, through to invites, design, themeing, execution and follow up
- Support Senior Management (UW mangers) in a Marketing capacity as needed with new product launches, product changes and subsequent communications
- Proactively identify brand building opportunites via sponsorship and print/digital advertsing
- Work with industry media outlets and publications to leverage the profile of the business and team
Relationship Management
- Support day to day relationship with CBO, IBAIS, NIBA, UAC and various other vital industry partners and suppliers
- Support the Head of Brooklyn and his team in their relationship management and BD activities
- Manage relationships will all other suppliers linked with your role as they come up
Executive Support
- Provide the Head of Brooklyn with diary management, travel coordination, project support, reporting and other ad-hoc requests
- Take ownership of special projects as agreed with the Head of Brooklyn and proactively coordinate with relevant parties to achieve project goals
- Provide accurate and effective support to the Head of Brooklyn to ensure efficient and effective running of them and the wider team
Other
- Disseminate information to the Brooklyn Team as and when necessary
- Liaise with all levels of management within AXA XL to keep open lines of communication
- Keep and open line of communication with the wider team, acting as the conduit between the team/s and the Head of Brooklyn
- Manage organisational functions such as contact lists, org charts, wordings and products documents (high level)
- Approving and checking invoices. Work with Finance to prepare purchase orders and maintain oversight on budget and spending.
- Identify oppprtunites for process improvement and implement where practical
- Prepartion and shipment of merchandise and other supplies for various conference and events in the business.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in EA and Office Management roles - any marketing exposure would be valuable.
- Demonstrated capability in events management and small-medium sized project management
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise & adapt to changes
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Well presented, positive, friendly & professional
- Good knowledge of MS suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
