Digital Asset Management Specialist

Working with one of Australia's largest retailers, this is a fabulous opportunity to be instrumental in a large scale transformation of Digital Asset Management process and platform.

Working with key stakeholders across the creative studio, marketing and external agencies you will be pivotal in transitioning the digital assets to the new platform and establishing new processes and cataloguing systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Set up and govern tagging across all assets

Work with creative agencies to ensure critical information is captured for uploaded assets

Support business users in locating and retrieving assets as required

Support distribution, publications and delivery if assets for channels, personalisation engines, and brand portal

Train and guide business users and partners to ensure they understand process and requirements

Create and maintain backlog for DAM enhancements

Manage workflows, permissions, user roles, licences and implementation of rights management

**Skills and experience required**:
2 + years experience using enterprise DAM platform such as Adobe AEM or similar

Cataloging, metadata schema and taxonomy management experience

Experience working with Marketing Automation Solutions

Familiarity with creative marketing processes in a retail environment

Knowledge of web asset types and specifications

Familiarity with data governance principles, smart asset capability powered by AI

Project Management skills

Stakeholder management skills

Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence or similar systems
