Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Connectivity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless asset connectivity for our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage telematics subscriptions, collaborate with various teams, and maintain compliance with data governance policies. This will involve coordinating and activating telematics and service subscriptions while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial alignment.

You will work closely with Customer Solutions, sales, and support teams to maintain relevant subscription offerings. Additionally, you will uphold Caterpillar Data Governance policies and secure digital authorizations for connectivity.

Your duties will also include responding to inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing accurate quotations and invoicing. Furthermore, you will stay updated on new offerings and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems is also essential. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required, as well as a proactive and team-oriented approach.
