Due to rapid growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers.The RoleUsing a person-centered and active support approach, a Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to provide support services to people with disabilities.
The Senior Support Worker will work with a range of plans for each client, such as an individual Support plan, Health Care plan, Medication plan, Meal plan, Manual Handling plan, and will work within the rhythm of service for each houseMaintain and monitor client support plansEnsure a client-focused and person-centered approach is maintained when engaging with a clientMaintain professional and effective interactions with team and stakeholdersFulfil compliance and training requirementsMust be prepared to work over a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers 08th July, 2025 About usBET Group Global is a proud South Australian family-owned and operated business and a registered NDIS, DVA and TAC provider.
