The Lived Experience Consumer Project will establish how Western Health progresses partnerships between consumers and staff, ensuring lived experience is valued and our consumer advisors are supported to contribute in a meaningful way.

The Lived Experience Consumer Project Lead role recognises the importance of lived experience to guide and support consumer participation across Western Health. The role will work collaboratively with the Consumer Partnerships Manager in a co-design approach to the development of consumer engagement structures and processes.

This role will be 1 day/8 hours per week but hours can be completed flexibly throughout the week.
