**About the role**:
Lead and act as central point of execution for Shell and Liberty DO Growth and Refresh branding activities. Own and execute branding related project management activities across the Consumer business, including the completion of the Liberty Signage Transition. Lead all Viva Energy and alliance program and activity planners to ensure transparency across activities and activations across alliance sites. Collaborate across the Viva Energy consumer business to ensure we maximise opportunities at stores and actively work to one touch program.

In this role you will
- Own and distribute centralise Alliance activity planner across the consumer business to ensure optimal one touch activities at Alliance stores
- Lead all DO Growth brand related activities to deliver the Growth plan safely, on time, and on budget. This includes scope, procurement of materials, contractor tender, award, and execution.
- Lead all DO Refresh & Debrand related activities safely, on time, and on budget. This includes scope, procurement of materials, contractor tender, award, and execution.
- Responsible for the management of the Dealer Growth & LTO CAPEX Budget, reporting monthly to the National Retail Operations Manager and Finance Manager.
- Working with the Brand Compliance Lead, manage budgeting and forecasting of signage to ensure stock availability in Australia to delivery branding targets.
- Responsible for managing the relationships with signage suppliers and contractors, and ensure the HSSE procedures are aligned with Viva Energy requirements.
- Manage the completion of the Liberty Signage Transition. This includes procurement of signage from third party to direct supply, and the Liberty brand maintenance transition to Modus
- Undertake ad hoc branding projects for the Consumer business as requested (e.g. VPower conversion, VPower enhanced branding)

**About you**:
You will have experience managing projects in fast mobbing retail environment. Experience within field or convenience would, be advantageous but not essential. You will have the folioing skills and experience;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience working with members of the public
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Management of contractors
- Demonstrated capability to manage high stress, complex situations
- Experience in negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
