**Required Skills And Experience.**
- Scrum Master/Agile Coach with 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe
- Experience managing discoveries, co-design activities (workshops, interviews etc), process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, management of requirements within a product backlog.
- Identifying business needs and making sure they are fully captured by planning, defining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
- Conducting business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders/working groups.
- Recommend effective business and ICT changes
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including the ability to act as the team's representative in meetings with business units.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, presentations, product backlog management and user acceptance testing.
- The ability to design, manage, and refine business processes, user journeys, and other supporting documents as necessary.

**Residency and Clearance**
- Hold a current ASGVA Baseline clearance or be able to obtain one.
- Australian Citizen
