Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Recruitment Advisor** to assist in processing of recruitment activities

**About the role**:

- Assist the team in processing all recruitment activities using **eRecruit** and** Aurion**:

- Undertake procedural, clerical and administrative support tasks (i.e. monitoring a shared mailbox, answering the recruitment hotline)
- Promote effective governance and a culture of continuous improvement
- Assist in conducting research and gathering information from a wide variety of sources

**Ideally you will have**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Administrative or office support experience
- Experience using departmental systems such as eRecruit or Aurion is highly beneficial
