About the opportunity:
In this role, you'll work collaboratively under the guidance of the Domestic Recruitment Team Leader to support the implementation of strategies and deliver plans aimed at engaging and recruiting domestic students. You'll contribute to a dynamic and student-focused environment where your ideas and initiative are valued. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of engagement to high school students and career advisors, including the creation and publication of relevant university content and site visits to schools.
- Provide high-level administrative and recruitment support
- Help identify new and innovative opportunities to connect with prospective students
- Build relationships and foster engagement with prospective students
- Support the management of applications and assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the university
- Engage with external partners, including schools and university collaborators
- Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of recruitment data.
This role involves regular travel within the ACT and occasional interstate travel, so a valid Australian driver's license is required. Flexibility to work outside standard hours—including evenings and weekends—is required.
