Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Specialist Benefits Management Advice on a contract for 6 months with 2x6 months extension option.
**Essential criteria**:
- Ability to provide flexible resourcing allocation to the work to meet the surge and specialist requirements for the deliverables of the Benefits Management Taskforce. **25%**:
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to progress work in tight timeframes and proactively determine work priorities in a busy and complex environment. We need someone who can confidently deliver at speed and under pressure, balancing longer-term goals with immediate and urgent priorities in an agile environment. **20%**:
- Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with working-level and senior stakeholders, including making good use of data and data storytelling in this engagement and communication. **15%**:
- Demonstrated ability to identify stakeholder needs, elicit and document stakeholder business requirements, challenge assumptions, break down problems, consider available evidence and present well-reasoned options for consideration. **15%**
**Key Personnel Expertise**:
- Expertise in project/program delivery: Personnel should have expertise in project/program delivery, including in key disciplines such as benefits management. Personnel should have extensive knowledge and experience in implementing whole-of-government, whole-of-industry or whole-of-organisation level benefits management frameworks.
- Experience working with organisations that face complex challenges: Personnel should have experience working with organisations that face similar challenges to our teams, including complex decision-making processes, strict regulations, and a need for transparency and accountability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Personnel should have experience engaging and communicating effectively with working-level and senior stakeholders, including making good use of data and data storytelling in this engagement and communication.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills: Personnel should have experience in identifying stakeholder needs, eliciting and documenting stakeholder business requirements, challenge assumptions, break down problems, consider available evidence and present well-reasoned options for consideration to working-level and senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Personnel should be able to adapt to changing requirements and scope. They should be able to pivot their thinking based on changing stakeholder requirements.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- All specified personnel must be Australian Citizens.
- All specified personnel must be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.
