Dynamic Payroll Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll specialist to join our team.
As a dynamic payroll specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies and payroll data integrity.
- Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters to employees, including pay, entitlements, deductions, taxes, and other related issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with external stakeholders as well as the People and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other People and accounting processes
- Provide support during internal and external audits related to payroll; generate payroll reports as required
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven working experience with Australian and/or New Zealand payroll tax regulations, compliance, and legislations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Able to build and maintain vendor and internal stakeholder relationships regarding payroll and the P&C function
